ACCESS Program : Intelligently designed LIVE Classes: Best in class teachers around the world are the most capable professionals to strengthen student’s learning abilities. AGE identifies individual institution/program needs and establishes a customized ACCESS program that is aligned with that institutional mission and vision statements. Experience teachers/faculty from USA establish curriculum and syllabus for each institutional assignment based on individual institutional needs and expectations. AGE USA teachers conduct live classes based on the curriculum and syllabus customized to include the Four C’s. Avatar ICE (Intrinsic Career Engagement) is a cloud-based solution that provides a platform utilized by students to identify their career choice. They are then provided access to Avatar ICE that has career-champions experienced in that specific career locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Outcome is to build on each student’s intrinsic preference of career, connect that to the subjects in the class room in trigger the student’s curiosity.

Avatar Collaboration is the second cloud-based platform that provides a true world-class collaboration platform for (a) the institution management to monitor and engage in the project implementation (b) the institution teachers/faculty aligned with institution priorities and student expectations collaborate (c) students are engaged in project management to strengthen their digital and inherent skills to work in a team environment. Outcome is to build on each student’s team building skills in a collaborative environment that is an essential skill requirement for 21st Century careers.

Avatar LMS is the third, cloud-based platform that provides an intelligently designed curriculum and instruction model that strengthens & connects the student’s career interest to their academic subjects. This leads to increased student engagement in their studies, creating a “pull strategy”, where the student’s interest creates a demand that the teacher/faculty of the institution readily support. We strengthen student critical thinking skills for Avatar Health by making a digital health record system available for all students to keep of their individual and extending to family health records as they graduate from sixth grade to the twelfth grade.

Avatar Health strengthens student’s ability to understand that that three chronic diseases are the root cause of 90% of the individual health problems including diabetes, blood pressure and cardiovascular indicators.

People: Local or Regional Healthcare providers volunteer at the school level to test the students for fasting blood sugar, blood pressure and cardiovascular capabilities.

Model: Parents are requested permission to test the students for fasting blood sugar, blood pressure.

Technology: Avatar Health is a cloud based Personal Health Record system that is designed to maintain the key elements of a family medical record with a designated health watcher. The student is the designated health watcher for the family.

Avatar Health is a cloud based personal health record system to provide a fundamental understating of the chronic diseases to the students in sixth grade and continue with additional details as the students from higher grades are accessing the Avatar Health platform.

Avatar Career

We strengthen the student’s career interest by identifying individual student preferences and providing support and guidance from “career experts” as role models in the student preferred careers.

Avatar Career strengthens “Curiosity” in the student, as it is the fundamental driver that is triggered by each individual student’s Intrinsic career Interest. Outcome is to identify a student’s inherent interest (which may be discouraged by the norms of our society), designed to make the “dreams come true” confidence in each student.

People: “Career Experts” with similar background are assigned to student preferred careers on “Avatar ICE”.

Model: Utilizing the video and text information shared by the Career Experts, students actively engage in asking questions and receiving responses from the Career Experts.

Technology: Majority of the students get engaged because they follow their friend’s questions and interests in Careers, leading to their own interest and engagement to follow a career choice of their own on Avatar ICE.

Avatar ICE is a cloud based, social engine format platform designed to bring familiarity and access to explore career choices of the students starting as early as 6th grade. Careers setup on the Avatar ICE program are identified by the school teachers, community leaders or the students themselves. Significant experience is gained by the students because they can read questions and responses from all the other students & Career Experts across the state.

Avatar Entrepreneurship

The “Four C’s” of 21st Century include Communication, Curiosity, Collaboration and Critical Thinking skills are essential for all walks of life to succeed in the 21st Century careers.

We strengthen student’s entrepreneurship capabilities with Avatar Incubators that are made available for all students in a digital format that allows literally a thousand flowers (ideas) to bloom from every school.

Avatar Entrepreneurship strengthens the “collaboration” skills of the student to form teams to transform their idea into a marketable product or solution. Outcome is to provide an opportunity for student’s creativity that can be applied to solve local business problems that directs students to study local businesses and opportunities for entrepreneurship to flourish.

People : The local business community is invited to share their problems and invite students to design and develop solutions that can be applied in real world businesses.

Model : Students are offered to compete to win three slots every three months with a budget that is set by the advisory board for the Avatar Entrepreneurship, elected by the students from the local business community.

Technology : Digital entrepreneurship and/or incubator platform is designed to showcase student’s vision and creative abilities to solve local, regional, national or international business problems.

Avatar Entrepreneurship platform is a cloud-based platform designed to accept presentations by the students in video and text form to be evaluated by the local, regional, national or international business experts to identify and select the top three business ideas and fund them to completion. Investors get a share of the profits from the sale or income of the prize-winning products and/or solutions.
