ACCESS is the initiative of Acclaim Global Education (AGE) established in 2013 in the combined state of Andhra Pradesh with a mission to support, strengthen and help students realize their dreams.

India Experience:

Since 2014, AGE team has worked with NTR Model School, Private Schools, JNTU Kakinada and Nursing College students to bring Critical Thinking & Communication skills with LIVE classes from USA faculty.

India Experience:

In 2018, AGE team also worked with 27 Social Welfare and Tribal Welfare schools to connect over 7,000 students to high quality LIVE classes from USA focused on Critical Thinking & Communication.

USA Experience:

Since 2014 ACCESS USA as part of the Star Tech Group (STG) has been working with Texas based schools on a mission to get all students to jobs the dream off. ACCESS USA is working with over 26 school districts and 100,000 students to connect them to jobs and careers.

USA Experience:

ACCESS USA gained the confidence of Texas Workforce Development (Labor Department) to partner with ACCESS USA to expand this program in Texas.

Collective Impact Strategy (CIS):

ACCESS Team has developed a “Collective Impact Strategy” where the foundational idea is to bring out the best in the school, college & employer priorities to work together for every student.

School & College staff see the benefit of ACCESS when:

1. Students are interested in studies and pay attention to the faculty.
2. Employers are interested in working with the schools and colleges.
3. Parents start trusting that the colleges are helping their children to succeed.

Employers see the benefit of ACCESS when:

1. They get connected students who are interested in starting to work and grow in the company to make it a career.
2. Employers therefore RECRUIT AND RETAIN employees for workforce stability.
3. Employer’s investment in additional training helps that company to succeed.

Students to Employees:

1. Students enter the entry-level jobs with an understanding of how they can grow in that industry and company.
2. Students understand the value of becoming an “EXPERT” in that job and in that industry.
3. Students can succeed with a “CAREER” or “ENTREPRENEURSHIP” paths.
4. These students become ROLE MODELS for all other students to follow.

Worldwide Experience:

1. AGE and STG will bring truly world-class experience to the College Staff members of ITI and Polytechnic Institutions.
